From a craft idea to a concrete project
My company started as a subcontractor for serial mechanical processing with CNC machines. My parents ran a bar and a restaurant, so I spent my childhood in a catering environment, and that’s where my passion for good food was born.
In 2019 I decided to design and build a product that makes it possible to perform various types of integrated cooking, not just barbecue but also wood-fired oven. That’s how “Ciclope” was born. This project was a challenge with myself, putting myself on the line and making real a dream I’ve always had since childhood: to create something with my own strength and skills (developed over many years of experience in the mechanical sector) combined with my passion for cooking.
